The fastest way to learn how to do your first search on Criteria Hub by the folks who made it.

There are 4 ways to search for criteria on Criteria Hub:

  • Compare Search (we recommend everyone starts here)

  • Multi Search

  • Lender Browse

  • Keyword Search

To do your first search choose 'Compare Search' from the left hand menu. You can choose to do either a 'Residential Compare Search' or a 'Buy to Let Compare Search'. 

This is a great way to begin to understand how we structure the data on Criteria Hub. Every criteria on Criteria Hub is categorised into one of the following:

  • Adverse

  • Applicant

  • Employment

  • Income

  • Policy

  • Product

  • Property

As well as categories (which can get a bit large) we also have 'Topics'. Topics help you quickly drill down to criteria that is naturally grouped together. Examples of 'Topics' include...

  • Self-Employed 

  • Interest Only

  • New Build 

  • Affordability
