In 2014 we set out to solve a problem we as advisors had experienced for many years which was that finding answers to policy questions was difficult and time-consuming.

We believed with lender cooperation and a desire to make their criteria accessible and transparent we could build a platform to source policy rules so brokers could spend less time on the phone and more time advising potential borrowers. Thankfully lenders agreed and so we built Criteria Hub and it is now being used by advisors who are more productive, better informed and have happier clients.
