We love 'Lender Browse' as it allows us to view a single lenders criteria the way we've always wanted to view it. The other great thing we like is that it's the same layout for every lender so there's no learning where to find things for different lenders like there is when browsing lenders own policy pages.

We break 'Lender Browse' up into residential criteria and Buy to Let criteria with a dedicated page for each - both accessible from the side menu.

Understanding what's on view

At first glance there is a lot of information to digest so lets have a look at some of the things we think are most important. Each criteria a lender has set is represented on its own row displaying the following:

  • Criteria title

  • Criteria description icon

  • The lenders value

  • The category the criteria is in

To check what the criteria title actually means we can click the question mark icon to read the description in a pop up.
