Understand how to get started by entering your clients detail to our online Affordability form

Once you have completed your registration and have verified your email, you will be asked to read and verify the Terms & Conditions.

Once the Terms & Conditions have been agreed, you will be taken to the Affordability Hub homepage.

To start your affordability comparison click 'Let's start' under 'Start new Search'

We have created various documentation to help guide you through the next few steps

Step 1 is to complete the form - Click here for info on this step

Step 2 is to pick your lenders - Click here for info on this step

Step 3 will run a check to see if there are any potential issues that could prevent a lender from returning a loan amount - Click here for info on this step

Pre-populating customer data

Client information input to your Classic product source will automatically pre-populate into Step 1 of the Affordability Hub process.

You can see in the image below a summary of your client details which are being copied over.

When clicking the green button you will then need to complete the rest of the form and review the required validation fields highlighted in the pink box.
